01Where we are

Praxon is in development. This page describes this website and how we work today. It is not a list of certifications, and it will change as Praxon does.

Cognarc, Inc. (Delaware) operates this website, hosted by Google LLC on Cloud Run, and is building Praxon with its Taiwan affiliate, 識邑智能股份有限公司.

02What this website collects

• Analytics and advertising scripts stay unloaded, and no measurement cookies are set, unless you allow measurement and this deployment has those tags configured.
• The footer includes “Measurement choices”, including when measurement is not turned on.
• Waitlist registration is not yet open, so the form does not send or save answers. When it opens, we will store the contact details and optional answers you submit so we can send development updates and honour interview or pilot opt-ins.
• Fonts are served from this website. Google LLC hosts the website on Cloud Run.
• Booking a call opens Google Calendar in a new tab. The calendar page does not load until you follow the link.

03What Praxon’s initial workflow does — and does not do

The initial workflow is advisory. Praxon is being built to link approved intent, revision-specific evidence and scoped decisions, and to record the decision an accountable owner makes.

• It informs and records; it does not block merge or deployment.
• It does not enforce policy on any action path.
• A recommendation is not an approval, and an approval does not trigger deployment.
• Missing evidence is not a pass, and agent inference is not independent verification.

04Integrations

No integration has been verified. Tool names on the website show where a tool could fit in a workflow; they are not partnerships. Rows marked “Illustrated workflow” appear only in the synthetic example, which uses static data and makes no requests.

05Examples

Tallyfern is synthetic. It is not a customer, and its figures are not results.

06Repository access and your data

We do not ask for repository access, private files, credentials or customer data through this website. Please do not send them by email or in a call. Any access needed for a future pilot would be discussed and agreed with you in writing first, limited to what the pilot needs.

07Certifications

Cognarc does not hold security certifications or compliance attestations today, and we do not claim any.
