- Our mission
We build infrastructure for people and agents to decide, act, and learn together—preserving human agency, keeping autonomous execution connected to intent, evidence, and accountability, and turning real-world outcomes into better judgment and creation.
Cognarc exists to extend human creative capacity with AI—not to let human direction and judgment disappear into automation. We are building infrastructure that connects intent, context, evidence, authorization, action, and outcomes so people and agents can collaborate autonomously, correct course, and learn from every investigation, decision, and delivery.
We do not define the future people should pursue. We build the infrastructure that helps them shape it with agents and turn their choices into meaningful outcomes.
- Vision
We envision a world where AI expands human creative capacity while people retain the ability to understand, choose, and change direction.
Principles
- 01
Human Agency
People keep the ability to state goals, question recommendations, authorize action, and change direction.
- 02
Accountable Autonomy
Agents can explore and act on their own within explicit authorization, without waiting for approval at every step. They cannot expand their own authority or rewrite what counts as success.
- 03
Outcome-Grounded Learning
Decisions stay linked to their outcomes, so experience becomes improvement that can be checked—rather than assuming that accumulated data turns into wisdom on its own.

Products
Three systems. Distinct responsibilities.
We start with Praxon: an advisory workflow that connects product intent and available evidence to a reviewable release decision. We are developing the design for Foundry as Cognarc’s internal deployment of the same core, with a longer-term direction spanning authorized agent execution, verification, and outcome feedback. Narron and Liminon are research-stage roles that may later provide optional inputs, not parallel launches.
