Terms of Use

01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Cognarc, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Cognarc”, “we”, “us”). Google LLC hosts the website on Cloud Run. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Praxon is in development and is not offered as a service yet. Any future use of Praxon will be governed by separate terms.

02Information on this website

The website describes Praxon as it is being designed. Descriptions of features, workflows and integrations show intended direction, not commitments, and may change. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, a promise of availability or a launch date.

Tallyfern and every example on the website are synthetic. Their people, pull requests, checks, policies and numbers are illustrative and are not results from real use.

The website is provided for general information. It is not legal, security, compliance or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee that any release is correct or safe.

03Waitlist, email and bookings

The waitlist form on this website does not currently send or save answers. When registration opens, joining will ask for your contact details and optional workflow answers so we can send development updates and, only if you opt in, discuss interviews or pilots. It does not create an agreement to provide or to use Praxon. Email and calls remain informal conversations.

Booking a call takes you to Google Calendar, which is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

04Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the website for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
• place an unreasonable load on the website, for example through automated requests;
• misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Cognarc.

05Intellectual property

The website, its content and design, and the Cognarc and Praxon names, logos and symbol belong to Cognarc, its affiliates (including 識邑智能股份有限公司) or its licensors. You may view and share pages of the website for your own reference; other uses need our written permission.

Other product names and logos shown on the website belong to their owners. Showing them describes where a tool could fit in a workflow; it does not imply a partnership, endorsement or verified integration.

06Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve our work without any obligation to you. Please do not send confidential information, code, credentials or customer data.

07Third-party websites

The website is hosted by Google LLC on Cloud Run and links to services we do not control, such as Google Calendar, X and LinkedIn. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

08Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about it, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cognarc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes about these terms or the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Cognarc consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
